04 / Family Emergency Binder

Share selectively

The compact system separates one quick-reference page from six private pages. The quick reference can hold household/person, update date, address, primary and backup contacts, agreed meeting place, where current instructions are kept, who holds the private organizer, the next review or copy recipient, and only the short access or communication note that recipient needs.

The private pages keep fuller household details and record-location pointers out of the shareable copy. Seven worksheet pages, two guide pages and a separate fictional completed example are included.

05 / Medical Bill & EOB Tracker

One bill, one stable ID

The offline XLSX workbook separates Bills, Follow-Ups and Payments. Each underlying bill receives one stable Bill ID, so a submission, resubmission, provider call, insurer message or payment becomes a linked event instead of another copy of the bill.

The fixed workbook provides room for 150 bills, 450 follow-up events and 300 payment events. Gross charge, current provider bill amount, EOB-stated responsibility and patient payments remain separate entries. Reference checks help find mismatches; they do not decide what is owed.
