Clear terms for
digital tools.

SunseedTools sells downloadable digital planners, fillable PDF organizers and spreadsheet templates. Nothing physical is shipped.

The product page identifies the price, file type and checkout provider. Etsy purchases are processed and delivered through Etsy. Independent checkout, when offered, is processed and delivered through Payhip, with payment processing provided by the payment method shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for using software compatible with the stated file format and for saving their own downloaded copy.

Because digital files are delivered for immediate access, purchases are generally final after delivery or download. There are no physical goods to return.

If a file is missing, corrupted, cannot be accessed as described or differs materially from the product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, as appropriate, repair the file, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

For Etsy orders, contact us through Etsy Messages and use the order record there. For an independent order, email projectsunseed@gmail.com with the order email, purchase date and product name. Please do not send completed private records.

We encourage customers to contact us about a problem before opening a payment dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law or the checkout provider’s required policies.

Digital delivery normally begins immediately after payment, so an order generally cannot be canceled after the files have been delivered or accessed. If you placed an accidental duplicate order or the files have not been delivered, contact us promptly and we will review the order.

SunseedTools does not currently sell subscriptions or automatically renewing products.

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants one customer a limited license for personal or household use. You may save working copies and share completed pages with people helping with the task.

You may not resell, redistribute, post or upload the blank product files, remove ownership notices, or use a personal-use purchase as a multi-client or organization-wide template. Professional or organizational licensing must be agreed in writing.

These products organize information supplied by the user. They do not provide medical, legal or financial services, guarantee coverage or another outcome, or replace source records.

SunseedTools.com does not currently offer customer accounts, newsletters or record uploads, and we have not added advertising or analytics trackers. Completed forms and private records stay with the customer unless the customer chooses to share them elsewhere.

If you email us, we receive the information included in your message. If you purchase through Etsy or Payhip, those providers and the payment processor handle order and payment information under their own privacy policies. SunseedTools receives the order and contact information needed to deliver the product, provide support and maintain ordinary transaction records.
